Completely automatic self-cleaning filter

Description

The AP7013 is the most powerful unit of our self-cleaning filters. The compact housing – in stainless steel or powder-coated steel – is designed for a maximum flow rate of 250 m³. The control is programmed with a Siemens S7, including touch panel and further comfort functions. Otherwise a LOGO control with a simple HMI can be installed. Both ways, the control is built in a stainless steel cabinet.

Self-cleaning filters of our aquaPROFI line can be installed subsequently into existing piping systems. The manufacturing of compact racks, holding filter and control cabinet, is part of our concept just like the production of a complete filter aggregate based on an AP7013.

Characteristics

Our filter concept requires a minimum of maintenance. Pending services can be executed autonomously after a short training with commissioning. All important components are reached easily and can be replaced by the customer with original spare parts in case of emergency.

• Housing: 1.4301, 1.4571 or St37 powder-coated
• Filtration without interruption up to 250 m³/h
• Piping connections: DN150, DN250
  Further connections available on request
• Fineness: 2–500 µm
• Filter screen: 7000 cm²
• Required operating pressure: 1,5–2 bar
• Cleaning medium: raw process water
• Maximal operating pressure: 10 bars
• Maximal temperature: 110 °C (also powder-coated)
  
• Control: SIMATIC 1200 S7 with touch panel or LOGO
